In accordance with our Quality System, it is our objective to:

- Ensure the clientele receive products and services that fully satisfy their needs and expectations in conformity with the current legislation;

- Ensure traceability of the raw materials used;

- Guarantee perfect traceabilty of the most significant production and control data for those products of higher impact on the quality of customers’ services and products;

- Guarantee punctual production, delivery and services, planning and controlling production, processes and services;

- To improve quality, setting up product tests and controls at every phase of production, implementing a service to prevent, or reduce, internal non-conformities in order to avoid Customer complaints;

- To increase Staff responsibility, to ensure that everybody is aware of the Company’s Quality Objectives.
